In the classic creamy vs. crunchy debate, we've steadfastly taken the road less traveled and stuck to our signature coarse-ground texture, which is neither (but also kind of both). However, we are here to pay homage to the nut butters of yore and make our opinion known.
Crunchy Sorghum Peanut Butter celebrates the peanut in all its deliciousness. In fact, we think it tastes like warm ballpark peanuts fresh from the shell, with the perfect amount of sorghum to bring out the salt. To heighten the crunch in every bite, we make the base nut butter smoother than our signature coarse grind, then mix in fresh-roasted split peanuts.
